WHO WE ARE

Teale Machine Company, Inc. was founded in 1943. It was the first Davenport equipped

screw machine shop in Rochester, New York.  Having provided over 50 years of service

Teale has the knowledge to be one of the leaders in machining going into the new century.

To provide for easy accessibility Teale is strategically located between three interstate 

highways and is within ten miles of the Greater Rochester Airport.  Teale is specifically 

designed for high and low volume output controlled by statistical measures.  Production from 

the multi-spindle department is transported to a cleaning department via an overhead 

conveyor.  The coolant for this work cell is supplied through a central filtered oil system 

where it is constantly refined to a three micron purity.  This provides for longer tool life and

increased productivity, therefore reducing product costs. Teale's production is complimented

by a unique CNC Department giving Teale the capability of producing prototype through

production volumes. To further assist Teale in meeting strict customer requirements we have 

a variety of secondary operation equipment including thru-feed and in-feed grinders. Overall, 

Teale Machine Company is designed to manufacture large or small quantity orders with the 

strictest quality control at the fastest pace possible.
